Here is my project!

I've used the Valentine Card Kit to make these adorable mini cards! I cut out some elements of each card front and raised them using mounting squares, I've used pearls as accents as well as stickles and glossy accents on various parts of the cards. I used embroidery floss to make the banner string on the banner card and "antiqued" the edges with my colorbox liquid chalk in chestnut.
I just love the way these cards turned out can can't wait to use them!

Stampin Sisters in Christ 1 year Blog Hop!!!

Our Birthday Blog hop starts today at the Stampin' Sisters in Christ blog! You'll want to start there and follow along. There are many blessings along the way and chances to win prizes, so we hope you'll join us! I'm honored that they've asked the alumni DT to participate in the blog hop as well as current DT members. All of the blog links will also be on the SSCC blog in case there's a break along the way. This is sure to be a blessed time for all who join in the fun! Today I want to share with you what I feel David is saying when he writes in Psalm 139:14a about how wonderfully he was made. God formed us in our mother's womb. He created us in His image, yet as an individual, not a duplicate. We are one of a kind, not one else is exactly like us. He has created every part of who we are, both outwardly and inwardly. God has the perfect blue print to our lives, to who we are. Each one of us is unique and special to Him. YOU ARE SPECIAL IN HIS SIGHT! And, YOU are fabulous!

My "unique & fabulous" creation today features a Sassy Cheryl digi on Cosmo Cricket dp. My fabulous friend has been colored with Prisma colors and parts of her oufit have been highlighted with stickles. The red rhinestones are by Basics, the flowers are from Michaels silk floral department and the sentiment is by Idea House designed for Studio G.

PRIZE TIME! Yes, I love to give away things! So, one random commenter (is that a real word?) on my blog will receive this "fabulous" card along with some stamped images of "unique" little people, some 6x6 dp, some flower brads and a few other embellishments! I'd love to know how this verse has spoken to you throughout your life. I will close this prize opportunity on Wednesday at 11:59pm and draw a winner on Thursday, so check back to see if you won!
