My first canvas!

Hello, faithful readers who've waited more than 2 months since my last post! Thank you for coming by and checking out what I've made this time!

Today I'm sharing a canvas I made using a Julie Nutting stamp, craft paint, newspaper print, flowers from Michaels, stickles and liquid pearls.

This is for a young girl who's adoption (at 14 yrs old) was celebrated last weekend! She's a very special girl to me and I wanted to make her something special, something she could treasure and know that she was created with a purpose and that no matter what, God has a perfect plan for her life.

Thanks, again, for coming by to see this creation!

My Heart Still Dances

Welcome back! Today I'm sharing a digital creation I made for Word Art Wednesday! Their scripture image this week is Hebrews 13:5. If you'd like their image you can get it from their blog: Word Art Wednesday. Also in this digital creation, I've used some papers and images from Daydream Designs "My Heart Still Dances" collection. Enjoy!

New Cards to share!

Sorry it's been FOREVER! I will try not to let it happen again! I just haven't been into paper crafting as much as I used to or as much as I'd like to! However, I HAVE made a few cards and today I'm going to share 2 of them! Enjoy!

Have a blessed day! ~H

Hi, friends! I wanted to share this cake with you that my mother-in-law made for our nephews' 1st birthday party. The theme was cookies and milk. It turned out awesome, so I just wanted to share it!

Anniversary Card

Hi, crafty friends! It's been a while, but I wanted to share this anniversary card I made for my in-laws 50th anniversary. I love making clean and simple cards with just a bit of sparkle!
The stamps I used are actual rubber and not digi this time! It felt good to use rubber again, but digi's are so versatile! The bells are from an old Stampin' Up sketch set and the "happy anniversary" is from the Michael's $1 bin years ago! I kind of dig the color combo. It's different. Oh, the ribbon is from Michael's $1 bin as well! I love dollar stuff! lol
Thanks for stopping by! Have a blessed week-end!
